Weekend Program – 16 YEAR OLDS – $200
Participants of this program will talk about what it takes to be a great CIT, including professionalism, maturity, communication, empowerment in your role and more!  Join us for this interactive session that will help you learn tips on how to exceed expectations during your CIT session.

Please note that participation in LEAD is not a prerequisite for acceptance into the CIT Program or seasonal employment, however it is highly encouraged.

TEEN LEADERSHIP CAMP

Weekend Program – 15 YEAR OLDS – $200
Learn more about yourself, your leadership style and what it takes to become a leader in school, on the sports team, in the church youth group and even in extracurricular activities.  Camp Stella Maris’ youthful, experienced and enthusiastic staff will lead you on this self-discovery through an interactive, unique and fun environment.

Together we’ll learn many different leadership styles, how to make a decision as a team, how to lead a group of your friends or peers and communication challenges that exist among us all.  It’s more than just learning, it’s learning made fun!

LIT RE-CONNECT

December 3-4 2016 – 15-16 YEAR OLDS – $125
So you’ve just completed your LIT program this past summer and you can’t wait until next year’s CIT program to get back to CSM and spend time at camp and with friends, new and old!  Well, there’s no need to wait until the spring LEAD program or next summer.  We have a 24-hour camp just for those who want to “re-connect” with your LIT friends and make new ones while hanging out at the best place on earth – CSM!

These 24 hours will be filled with enough time to reminisce, catch-up on lost time and enjoy everything that CSM is all about!
